Summary
Time moves on and Alex is no longer a scared fourteen year old swimming completely out of his depth. Almost twenty-five years have passed and the world is a completely different place with changes he’d thought were pure sci-fi are just boring reality now.
Or Alternatively, Alex gets his retirement from MI6, but too bad they think he's a disposable pawn that's the prefect guinea pig for testing some dodgy new tech, and ends up with a very familiar ghost living under his skin.
A Cyberpunk 2077 inspired AU/fusion that's also a prequel for the game technically, but 100% blind readable.

After King Joffrey breaks his betrothal to her in favour of Margaery Tyrell, Sandor Clegane spirits Sansa Stark away from King’s Landing and delivers her to her family in Riverrun. Tywin Lannister leaps upon the opportunity this provides to end the war between Stark and Lannister. Nobody but Tywin is happy with his terms for peace.Note: I’ve tagged this as underage because in Canon, Sansa is too young even though culturally she’s a grown woman, but I will not specify her age here except that she’s a teenager. In my head, she’s of legal age, just too young for a 35 year old man. Also, it’s only noncon in that neither of the two people actually wants to consummate the marriage, but they feel like they have to do, so it’s not fully consensual for either party.

In the Battle of Winterfell, when the crypts prove no longer safe, Sansa flees to her brother Bran's side, where she learns the battle is only an hour from its close- and the living are not the winners. As the dead approach, and their protection falls, Arya is the strongest weapon between the Others, Bran, and Sansa, and in a last attempt to save his blood, the Three-Eyed Raven uses the last of his power to send his sisters as far as he can, even if it's through time. The war for the dawn is lost. With no hope left, Bran and Sansa choose to die by their own hands instead of waiting for the White Walkers and their army of the dead. Breathing his final breaths, Bran flies one last time, meets the Bloodraven and grabs at the last chance he hopes would somehow turn defeat to victory.
