Alicent is waiting for her in the chamber with the dragon mosaic, wringing her hands together. Her heavy, black cloak shows a flash of vermillion underneath, and it strikes Rhaenyra how perfectly suited she is to stand there, in the firelight, complimenting the weathered tiles.
Rhaenyra and Alicent use the passages under the Red Keep and eventually, fall in love.
