Summary
Everyone knows it, everyone talks about it. The magic in Paris. A war being fought that no government can contain, could have previously conceived of, of real-life superheroes and villains battling in the city. What that means. But it's always just words. There's no lasting damage, so there's no quick action. It doesn't end. Even if Félix is still trying his best to get Adrien to move in with them. Away from Gabriel, firstly, but also so he doesn't have to live in a city just waiting to implode.
His phone is tiny, the screen is tiny, it shouldn't be able to cause this much horror. It shouldn't be so terrifying to see the white and red magic flutter and beam through the city. Pure destruction lashing out. People should have done something more than look at it. They're all so helpless.
He needs to- he needs to get to Adrien. There might not be anything safe from that, anywhere, but he isn't going to stand by and simply watch him get hurt.

Summary
Nathalie thinks, she plans, and she executes.
All her life, she sees the objective and clears the way for it. It is essential to be meticulous when organizing multiple tasks, since, after all, these are her goals. Her objectives. It's better this way, ordered and managed, there's less stress. More contentment. And it is more essential than ever before since this is for her friends, her family, to take the stress and pain out of their lives.
Adrien's sick now. 14 years after the breaking of the peacock miraculous, Emilie broke. Adrien was supposed to be exempt from it, not for the same thing to begin happening 18 years later. For the doctors to proclaim he's healthy, but like with Emilie, he isn't. And they can't explain it. They can't cure him either.
Yet, if Chat Noir breaks before him, then they can use creation and destruction to restore Adrien and Emilie. Nothing else is acceptable. Gabriel knows it now too. To hold back now is to prolong Adrien's suffering as he degrades. Emilie's suffering as she is held in stasis.
Nathalie studies, she strategizes, and she attacks.

All the things folded up in his daily life, unleashed and free in a way that just makes it so obvious. Of course Adrien's destruction, from the very first day Nino met him Adrien's been trying to break free. And he can, as Chat Noir, Nino should be happy.
But Adrien's Chat Noir.
Adrien's died. And there was nothing Nino could have done.

Summary
The Black Cat is supposed to be in the shadows. Destroying what won't be missed, observing and carefully pouncing before retreating back. To see the Black Cat too much is an omen of terrible, history-crushing events about to come.
It was necessary though, to call the Black Cat to destroy the risk that Hawk Moth poses to the world. What a wild miraculous could do to all of humanity.
In light of recent events though, it might be too risky. Such destruction must be used with greater concern lest calamity occur.

Summary
The previously white butterfly, now oozing black and purple as a conduit of the butterfly miraculous powers, flutters softly within the silvered-gloved hand.
It sits there for a long time.
"Go, my akuma," The soft sigh pushes the butterfly, the akuma, out towards the despair of a love not returned. The same ache within his chest. On a level so great that he's willing to sacrifice the city to mend it.
It's okay if he's the villain for now. He'll force the miraculous of creation and destruction to be revealed, and once he gets his hands on them, none of this pain, none of his loss, will ever happen.

A rewrite of Miraculous Ladybug (specifically with the miraculouses lore) with endgame Adrino! It mostly builds off the beginning canon and loosely off the later seasons with a lot more consequences than what the show has for when a magical terrorist shows up out of the blue.
In that way, each book is considered like a season with the chapters being the episodes.

Flambae finally runs out of words, sputtering uselessly.
“Your hands,” Robert grinds out, gritting his teeth through another excruciating wave of spasms. “On me.”
“Bitch, now is not the time!” Flambae hisses. From his place on the floor, Robert can just barely make out the fierce flush spreading across the other man’s face.
