Summary
Four months after the events of Rift Apart, Ratchet, Clank, Rivet and Kit have found the Lombax dimension. It has been relatively peaceful, occasionally punctuated with missions given to them by Mags, the general of the Lombaxian Praetorian Guard. But the peace doesn't last long. A rogue signal, an unknown army of silent Lombaxes, and strange happenings in New Fastoon throw the four heroes into a war against something they never could've imagined, a war that dances across the strands of time. They must rely on old friends and new if they are to survive long enough to see a good, good day at last.

Summary
Her entire life, Rivet has dealt with loneliness. She didn't quite realize it until the Emperor was defeated, however, and now during a week of nothing to put her mind to the rift within her started to feel to large to contain. Ratchet attending to his own matters in his dimension, Kit and Clank away for the week at a Galactic Security Summit with Talwyn Apogee, and the Morts having disappeared off of Sargasso for a business trip, she holed up in her hideout with nothing but lame soap-operas to keep her entertained. Fed up with the dreary gloom of the past week, the rebel flew to Zurkie's, hoping the community there would maybe bring some joy back into her for the night.
And promptly got herself drunk on Mort's lemonade.
The next day, Ratchet comes to pick her up for one of their dates and Rivet conceals last night's events, fearing that if Ratchet finds out why she got hammered, her weakness will destroy the relationship.

Summary

What begins as a simple reconnaissance mission quickly unravels into something far larger. The pilot is not a stranger — not entirely. He knows their names. He knows their histories. He even knows things about them that they themselves do not. And the questions he brings with him point to a past neither Ratchet nor Rivet was ever allowed to uncover.

Summary
Following the months after the colossal victory over the Nefariouses, peace finally spreads throughout reality. Finally a time for everyone to rest and truly regain their footing.
A break should be good for Ratchet, it's not. With nothing to distract himself with, buried fears resurface and old wounds reopen. A ghost from Ratchet's past still haunts him, despite his best efforts to ignore it.
A worried Rivet contacts him after months of radio silence, an outing is arranged in hopes of getting Ratchet's spirits up.
Will this outing pull Ratchet out of his funk? Will his head finally be cleared of all the white noise? And how will suppressed feelings for his friend needlessly complicate matters all the more for the two?
