Summary

Summary
The territories in the Periphery of the Human Heartlands has been in conflict with a growing force of orcs for months. Peder, heir to the Lord of one of these territories hoped that they would not be touched by that fighting. After all, the territory of Silgam has lent no troops to the human armies, nor is it in the the path of the orcish army as it strikes further west.
This hope threatens to be dashed with the arrival of an unexpected orcish envoy arriving in the city.

Summary
Upsides of waking up in the middle of the desert as a kobold? You don't have to worry about work, you got twice the number of sex organs to play with, you get all the tasty scorpions you want, and if you're lucky you'll find the ruins of a lost city which you can turn into a home.
Downsides? All of the complications which come with all the upsides, of which there are many. Well, no time to waste, this lost city won't explore itself, and maybe if you're lucky you might find a few more kobolds along the way, enough to start your own little colony.
