Summary
Inspired by the storytelling structure of One Thousand and One Nights, where Scheherazade offers fanciful tales to her captor every night, pausing at a cliffhanger until the following night, to postpone her own death. What if one of the artists along the boardwalk found her way into the cave and had to employ similar tactics to survive?
NOW FEATURING a crossover of the unfilmed prequel script where the David and his gang meet Dracula (only without Dracula... so that part's more for context on how the rest of them met); AND a Young Guns alternate universe where Doc never becomes a regulator, never teams up with Billy the Kid, etc; AND The Lost Boys, probably prior to the action of the film. Or an AU without the Emersons.
Yes, I realize now that Billy Wirth wasn't in either Young Guns movie. But a David/Dwayne ship seems a good enough reason to make an exception, and add Dwayne, as a different character, altogether. I had some fun thoughts about his life in the New Mexico Territory, tonight.

Summary
Michael arrives breathless with anticipation at even just the thought of kissing David again. They were together the night before, sure, but still... (aw) David, however, refuses to give satisfaction, distracted by the redness around Michael's jawline. And rather concerned about it. Enough so that he doesn't immediately figure out on his own how it happened. Once Michael points out he'd shaved right before they met up, which was a definite factor, David proposes a trial run solution. He asks Michael to stop shaving. Just to see how it feels to both of them. And even if David and Star haven't fully made up (AHEM or made out) by this point in the timeline, he's considerate enough about her to ask Michael if Star would mind the facial hair. Even with that possible issue raised, David still gets his way. Because he's David. Michael agrees he'll give it a try, provided David quits being weird and fucks him like he means it.

Inspired by a fic request posted on tumblr. Tidied up, slightly sexied up, elaborated upon, tweaked for continuity.
David tells Michael he's made him something. But they have to fly there, to go see it? Michael's gotten a lot better at it since the night he slipped from the railroad bridge and hovered a bit before David caught him. David still likes to carry him, all the same. And Michael doesn't mind at all. Lighthearted banter along the way, and a fluffy, romantic evening with a smattering of innuendo. Not explicit. Maybe not even QUITE mature. But I kinda feel like teen readers shouldn't be this deep into the series. LOL. Hence "Mature."
