Dante's jaw almost hit the pavement at her bubbly, girlish tone. Lady sounded like a… like a girl! A teenage girl!
The man blinked down at her, smiling automatically. "Oh, hello!"
Lady took off her sunglasses and met his eyes. "Do you remember me, Mr. Hendricks?"
Mr. Hendricks's florid, sunburned face drained of color, leaving him looking like a lump of sweaty bread dough. "M-Mary?"
Lady's sweet smile melted like candy to reveal the hidden razorblades, just before her fist slammed into his nose.

The laugh burst out of Dante, unexpected and uncontrolled. He just couldn't help it! His lungs spasmed as they fought for air and, when he finally did suck in a breath, he coughed violently, then started laughing again. He laughed so hard that he overbalanced and tipped onto his side, splashing right into a pool of slush, his muscles still too tight from being curled up to react in time to save himself.
"Dante!" Vergil cried, sounding terrified, which just made Dante laugh harder.
Finally, after what felt like forever, he managed to spit out words between fits, "A… A therapist? You fuckin' serious?!" Cackling, he tried to get up, but his hand slipped on ice and he went down again. This time, he just stayed there, giggling in the dirty slush.

If Beetlejuice opens a door through a mirror into an alternate dimension, that totally doesn't count as leaving, right? Loophole or not, maybe Lydia should've listened to her parents (dead and alive), and even to her demon BFFFF, because while this new world is amazing and strange as she could've hoped, it's also a lot more dangerous than she realized.

Summary
Yuji Itadori, a cheerful, five year-old child none the wiser to the truth behind his conception nor the fate that had been predetermined for him lifetimes ago.
Ryomen Sukuna, the ruthless King of Cures that, through indomitable strength, had reigned terror upon the Heian Era over a millennium beforehand.
Both of them had a goal: Sukuna desired to reincarnate, eliminate the modern world’s ‘strongest’, and live free of consequence… while Yuji, being the child that he was, had the much simpler want of making his beloved mama proud of him and doing the right thing.
