Dean Winchester didn't ask for this. Sure, he tries to use his alpha privilege (and hefty bank account balance) to do some good in the world. He works with Bobby, Ellen, and Jody at The Roadhouse, a centre for rescued omegas, but even there, he stays behind the scenes. That is, until one day when Charlie informs him of one of the worst abuse cases they've ever seen, and tells him that they need to act now if they want to save the guy's life.
Dean's got no problem approving the intake, but then Charlie drops the other shoe like it's hot: The Roadhouse is at capacity and there's simply nowhere for the poor omega to go, but word on the street is that Dean's got a empty guest room, and wasn't he just saying that the house was too quiet since Sam moved out, anyway?
This is a story of hurt and healing, secret identities, righting old wrongs, and finding light on even the darkest of days.
