As the man aimed his gun at Hoseok’s head, realization of what’s going to happen hit them in an instant: their wide and scared eyes mirrored each other’s. And with the strength he didn’t know he still possessed, Jungkook kicked and struggled as hard as he can.
One stuttered gunshot rang through the quiet street. A pained gasp. Someone cursed.
Something pricked his neck.
Another gunshot. Hoseok fell to the ground, unmoving.
Jungkook was still screaming when everything went dark.

“Really, Jimin, I’m okay. Get some sleep. I love you,” he says, and that’s the thing, isn’t it? He means it. He means it every time, which makes hiding it so so much easier and so so much worse. He can say it to them as much as he wants to and does, frequently, always quick to whip out the finger hearts and kind words and showers of praise. Because he means it. He means it down to the last drop.
They just don’t have to know how much he means it.

It's supposed to be a normal concert. The same songs, the same routines, the same exhaustion. To be honest, Jimin is a little tired of it. He just wants to go home and cuddle with his boyfriends.
