Growing up in his family's rural farm, Dennis has always known a simple life. While their country may be at war, those that have magical abilities life among them and technology is booming, it all felt ages away from him. That will until in a span of just a year everything changes.
His body had changed. Marking him different from even his own family.
These differences force him away from his home. Bundled up, feeling drained and traveling with strangers that promise of a new future. A future of people that understand him, of a pack, stability, safety, being taught of what he now is, and running water! Plus the promise of mates, alpha mates.

Dennis didn’t mean to say it outloud. It was just an impulsive thought that slipped right out, but before his brain could catch up to his mouth, he blurted out:
“Could you?”

As Robby lifts his shirt up, Dennis is overcome with the need to bury his face in his armpit until he passes out. The gold chain with its Star of David that he always wears rests just below his collar. As Robby strips off, Dennis allows himself a longing look.
Yeah, Dennis admits to himself, he’s down pretty bad.
He’s certain that the fishing trips his brothers took with their dad didn’t have this additional complication – that of the man taking them being so hot they’d want to cry. Trinity’s comment, ‘daddy wants to take you to the woodshed,’ bounces around in Dennis’s head.
-Robby takes Dennis out on a fishing trip. Neither of them expected it to end this way.
