It all started when their eyes met by fortunate happenstance, a certain favor in their narrative that’ll take a darker turn with the unpremeditated death of the white knight and his lover, longing for a second chance. Little did he know how the gods heard his prayers and decided to make his wish come true at a price that’ll haunt the narrative…

The desperate god and his wishes for a second chance came with a price that was like a thousand stabs in the chest: Each time the blond’s glance meets the emerald eyes in a new lifetime, the poor Izuku Midoriya will be forced to live with the weight of his past lives.

Or: Izuku and Katsuki fall in love with each other in every lifetime, except they’re cursed: the freckled man is condemned to die and the golden-haired man becomes an immortal god, forced to wait for their next reunion. (With a happy ending)

Despair slowly rose into a reminder that the gun was still here, ready to be used with a second of inattention, while Izuku was playing with his life as a pawn on this survival game. Katsuki’s name slipped from his open lips, desperately looking for something or someone to hold.

“Look at you, being such a mess and begging me for more when I could kill you anytime,” the rough voice whispered to the other’s ears. “You had the audacity to disrespect me, you’ll have to pay for this selfish wish, love. From now on, behave like a good boy and let me take care of you…”

“Just do it already,” ordered the shorter figure, unable to handle his satisfaction any longer. At this point, Izuku didn’t know if he released these begs about the idea of making out with the taller man, or the inevitable threat on his head, but the rules were simple: the first one to come until he was nothing but a mess of dirty noises, lost the fight.

As he’s lost in thought, Bakugo casually just closes his hand around his, breaking Izuku out of that stupor real quick. Ok...maybe he’d dropped something, that Bakugo was shoving back at him. But no—his hand was empty, and it was clear nothing was in between their hot skin, and this wasn’t a shove. This was… steady. Firm. Warm.

Bakugo laced their fingers together like it was nothing, like it wasn’t completely insane, and started walking.

Bakugo wakes up one day and decides Izuku and him are dating now.
