Summary
Silco felt wrath, pride, and respect battle within him as he witnessed the small band of Firelights—only 5 members strong, and not much older than children judging by their size—decimate his men and destroy yet another shipment of shimmer. Thousands of gold cogs wasted, money that would have been used to build his empire until it could stand against Piltover's council, and yet as he watched the green streaks through the sky, he couldn't help but think these Firelights were Zaunite to their core. These young rebels embodied the spirit of Zaun almost as much as his own daughter, Jinx.
He glanced down at her now, only to pause at the still expression on her face. Her gaze tracked one of the masked figures unerringly—the leader, if Silco was reading their dynamics right—eyes just a bit too wide, and her fingers twitched by her side. He'd seen her get like this before, when she was confronted with her past.
She knows him.
An idea begins to take shape in Silco's mind.
Or: Silco wants to recruit the Firelights. Too bad they hate his guts.

Summary
Vi was just minding her own business, robbing the rich Piltie's apartment with her siblings when there was a weird blue explosion! And now she's in a place she doesn't recognize, where there's a big tree and creepy guys in masks who are somehow flying and where the hell is Powder? For that matter, where is Vi?
'When', of course, would be the better question. Flung years into the future, a young Vi has to find her way through a world she doesn't quite recognize, but is heartbreakingly familiar all the same. Featuring a sister with a shorter name and longer hair, a Piltie Sheriff who's crazy enough to think they're partners, and a whole bunch of painful nonsense -including a dead family. How did it all end up like this?
And can Vi make any sort of sense of this insane world she finds herself in?

Summary
“Who are you to Jinx?” Vi’s voice was desperate, face pinched in distress.
Isha didn’t know. She didn’t have an answer. Jinx was her protector. Her sword and shield. She kept Isha safe and happy. She fed her and clothed her and gave her a whole place to sleep. Isha got toys and to play games. Jinx was safety and security and love.
She didn’t have a sign for it. There was never a need. It was Isha and Jinx and that was enough for them.

Jinx once told Isha that if she ever got into a tight spot, she could go to an address topside and look for the girl with pink hair. Isha had no idea who the pink-haired woman was, but when Jinx was kidnapped, Isha had to reach out for help, hoping the mysterious woman would help get Jinx back.
