Summary
With the expansion of the Vtuber industry, it only makes sense that companies would want their talents to be able to live close to one another so they can support them all better. One lucky place - now nicknamed "Vtuber Town" due to how many have moved there - has become the center of such efforts by many of them. Even independents have come in! With so many people of all kinds of backgrounds, abilities, and professions outside of streaming, who knows what kind of things could happen?

Summary
With the introduction of Sensei, Kivotos is slowly returning to normal after the sudden disappearance of the General Student Council President. It is no longer the lawless wasteland it was once in very real danger of becoming - indeed, getting caught will net the offender some serious repercussions, and to the Sensei's horror (but also excitement - okay, mostly excitement), most of the punishments for the girls of Kivotos can be... very, very lewd indeed.
But hey, nobody's objecting to his participation in the active and often hands-on re-education of the city's criminals (and more often and not, girls of the various academies who step out of line), so... it's all good in the hood! New job, new moral implications! Cute tied-up girls for the win!
Updates will be very slow, or very fast then very slow, because my dick - as opposed to my hands - is in charge of writing stuff like this.
