There was only one bathroom.
This, in essence, was the single domino that sent everything tumbling down. Their relationship… relationships... were just like a line of dominoes - ever so carefully arranged into a neat, perfect pattern, that all hinged on the ability of everything remaining constantly balanced. And just like with a line of dominoes, once the first chip had fallen, the rest clattered down in a way that was utterly predictable and yet so exciting too.
And, Grant supposed, the thing about dominoes was that they were supposed to fall, weren’t they? No one spent so much time and energy setting them up so beautifully to never have the satisfaction of watching them fall.

They will be pretty in-character because I took pages of sample dialogue notes from the original novels (never read the manga, tho, sorry).
Random excerpt (spoilers lol):
Shion was pretty sure if someone had taken his photo he would have looked absolutely stupid, standing there with the door open, wearing only thin pants and a t-shirt, gaping at the figure in front of him. The figure just stood there, shivering violently, gloved hands running up and down his arms in a desperate attempt to warm himself. His scarf blew like a flag in a hurricane. Or a scarf in a blizzard. The thing did like the thing. How does thinking work? Why was the hallucination not coming inside?
"Can I.... come in?" Nezumi asked, his face shadowed by the snow and dark street. He seemed hesitant to enter despite the intense cold. Shion watched with wary eyes. He'd hallucinated many things, many times in the past couple of years. He was prone to bizarrely vivid dreams.

One day a strangely sarcastic Omega turns up at Bobby Singer's place, a dog (Doberman) in tow who immediately picks fights with Bobby's Rottweiler, Rumsfeld.
Crowley's car broke down and Bobby will need a week at least to fix it, so he offers his place as a motel for Crowley to sleep at.

A pair of giant fucking antlers is what Pete sees first, because there’s no way those could be overlooked. Beneath them, a tiny guy, staring at them with a frown.
“You’re Fall Out Boy?” The guy asks, and thankfully, at least he has a normal speaking voice. He sounds grumpy, even though nothing has even happened yet to justify it, which annoys Pete almost as much as the fact that he asks if they’re Fall Out Boy as if there were any doubts about that. Pete’s ego is only slightly insulted that people don’t immediately recognize his band.
“Yes, we’re Fall Out Boy. And you’re who, a local fawn? No, wait, a deer boy ,” Pete says, with remarkable restraint in his voice. Only his raised ears betray his alertness and discomfort. He wants to growl, wants to tell the guy to avert his beady eyes, they’re freaking him out; but he’s not interested to find out what happens if those antlers meet soft, human flesh.
Deer boy doesn’t take that well, long lashes fluttering as he squints his eyes in anger. He gives the worst answer possible. “I’m your producer, dipshit. And actually, I’m a stag.”
Pete shuts his mouth at that.
