Suho considered it for a second then shook his head. "The whole point of not sleeping in my own bed was so I don't miss school by falling asleep for too long."
"Have you ever seen me come late to class?" Sieun asked rhetorically. "I'll have you out of bed and at school before the teachers even arrive."

Now that Will’s sitting and Mike’s the one that’s standing, he looks impossibly tall. Tall and lanky, and huge. He should sit back down, Will thinks, lay back down next to Will and stay in their own secluded little bubble.
“I really want to kiss you,” Mike says, and Will’s eyes snap back up to his so violently he thinks he hears his own neck crack with the force of it.
“Don’t,” Will croaks, before his brain has even processed the words. “Don’t say that.”
“Okay,” Mike says easily, still staring. And what the actual fuck is going on? Is Will hallucinating? Is the weed making him hallucinate? “So sausage and pepperoni?”
Will stares dumbly at him. “Um - yeah. Yes.”
“Cool,” Mike replies and then just turns around and leaves Will sitting dumbly in his own room.

Now, Sieun does not like running. He avoids it whenever possible. Running is a tiring, useless activity. It also makes his lungs burn and his legs ache in ways he dislikes deeply. But Suho is rolling downhill. So Sieun runs. He sprints past Baku, who barely has time to register the murderous look sent his way.
“If he dies,” Sieun says calmly as he passes, “I will kill you.”

The room is full of people— Sieun’s parents, Youngyi, two nurses and a doctor. They all stare at him.
Suho walks to stand beside Sieun, watching the rise and fall of his chest as the machines breathe into him.
“I thought he was awake,” he mumbles.
