Summary
Draco Black has been raised by Severus Snape since infancy.
When Bellatrix Black escapes Azkaban in the summer of 1993, that arrangement ends, and Draco is sent to live with Sirius Black. Sirius does his best, but his only reference for teenage behaviour is Harry Potter and Draco Black is nothing like him.
