  3. Summary

Richie Tozier, perpetual jokester, subsists on part-time jobs, doing anything that catches his attention but never lasting very long due to rarely taking anything seriously—much to the dismay of his best friends, Bill and Beverly, who think he would have real potential if he just applied himself.

His natural charm and ability to make people laugh aside, Richie also has an eidetic memory and the uncanny ability to notice details others miss. Having learned about solving mysteries from his police detective father growing up is just a bonus. This ability to see the things that escape the eyes of even other seasoned detectives has helped Richie not only to escape sticky situations he gets himself into but also to send tips to the police hotline in his spare time.

Until one of these tips is too close for comfort for Detective Stanley Uris, who does not believe in psychics. Detective Uris brings Richie in for questioning and is unimpressed by his smooth talking. Richie's a hair away from getting booked until he convinces the police chief that he’s really a psychic. (Whether or not Chief Hanscom actually believes Richie is unclear, but all he really cares about at the end of the day is if cases are being closed.)

    Summary

“What the actual fuck?” Tony blurts, incredulous, when the thick steel door slams shut with a resoundingly final clang. “Am I dreaming? No, seriously, is this a dream? A nightmare? What the hell did you drug me with? Because you,” he says, turning away from the where he’s fruitlessly yelling at the ventilation grid to point an accusing finger at the man who’d very unceremoniously been shoved into the room just a moment earlier, “are supposed to be dead.”

    Summary

The road to recovery is long, winding and a different one for every person walking it. Bucky chooses to help himself the only way he knows how; by doing what he does best.

Or, alternatively; the one in which Tony is a mess and accidentally kick-starts Bucky’s protective mother hen instincts.

Each entry is complete and exists (mostly) independent of each other.

    This series is:
    - Not Team Cap friendly.
    - Has no particular order because besides having the Post-CW timeline in common, none of them are actually (intentionally) connected at the time of their posting
    - Uses headcanons some of which are mentioned in the beginning of the fic or simply tagged
    Please note:
    - I'm socially inept but I have recently started replying to comments

    Summary

“What,” Tony says softly but with a great depth of feeling, “the actual fuck just happened?”

“I believe, Sir,” JARVIS pipes up from the phone in his pocket, an unnecessary amount of what sounds like glee in his voice, “that you’ve once again managed to maintain your closely guarded secret identity. Truly your subterfuge skills know no bounds."

“You’re an asshole J,” Tony mutters back as he reaches up to rub at his temple. He either has a headache coming on or a blood clot. At this point he’s honestly not sure which he’d prefer.

"I did learn from the best, Sir,” JARVIS tells him sunnily.
