Summary
Avi had never been to Lumiose. She'd been to Paldea a few times and she lived in Galar. She also wanted to visit Sinnoh but she'd only ever heard about the wildness of Lumiose.
So when she got sent there to collect some supplies from Mable for Hop and Sonia's research, she figured "ah why not? May as well see the sights."
She hadn't expected this though.

Summary
Gwynn may have been a person who preferred the nighttime but she was still a person who needed sleep. And that was what led to her current state.
Gwynn was tired. No. That was an understatement. She was exhausted. She could feel it in the way it sat in her jaw and behind her eyes. In the way it dug it’s claws into her muscles and threw off her coordination. In the way it floated around her, clouding her thoughts with each sleepy breath.
Normally, Ivor was a headache. Most of the time, a crash risk. But now? He was the cause of Gwynn’s tired irritation.
The problem was that the sewers weren’t the most pleasant place to nap. Given both the Dojo and home had either Ivor or a mountain of complaints to deal with, that left one option.

Her tears were hot against her cheeks, and when they fell, they left tiny scorch marks in the grass.
She only cried fire when she cried in rage.
A familiar warmth crept up her arms in spiraling flames. Normally, she would stop the flames before they got very far.

She let the flames rise and engulf her.

She’s sitting criss cross in a way that makes him a little nervous, like she’s just precarious enough a hard door slam might knock her off. Her pajama shorts have little ice cream sundays on them. “Are we telling people the truth about why you’re crashing here?”
“Uh,” Dennis twiddles the spoon in the bowl of cereal he’s halfway through (Santos’ bowl, with Santos’ spoon, Santos’ cereal). “I guess I hadn’t thought about it.”
“Well, think about it. I don’t want people to think we’re–”
“No, no, definitely not.” Santos shot him a look, “I mean- not that- yeah, okay. I just can’t tell people I was living on the 8th floor. Especially not Robby. I’d kinda prefer not to lose my job.”
