Jakurai, the beautiful doctor, the ever so perfectly patient and sympathetic man who Hitoya feels like he’s won the lottery with, nods in the direction of a table further down.
Specifically at the pair of teens who have been huddling behind their menus and staring at them for their past twenty minutes or so.
“They’re your teammates, aren’t they?”
“Nope," Hitoya sticks his face in the menu and fights the strong parental urge to claim those kids. “Never seen them before in my life.”
(Or Hitoya’s date gets interrupted again when Kuko and Jyushi unsubtly gatecrash).
