Summary
One day, a very bizarre cat smashes into Robby’s apartment window on the eighth floor, straight through his living room. Robby sees no other option but to take this poor little thing in and care for him. How could he not when the little guy looks so darn cute?
Unbeknownst to him, this would mark the start of a very strange and eternal bond between him and the oddest cat he has ever rescued. A very weird looking cat that’s definitely, absolutely, really not a gargoyle. Not if you ask Robby.
First and second installments are the genesis and all subsequent works will be little snapshots of Robby and Jack’s lives and shenanigans about them, there will be no overarching plot, just a collection of fun stories (although the genesis is a bit more serious in tone than the following works are expected to be)

Robby hasn’t felt so obvious and awkward since he sprang up five inches freshman year of high school. Here he stands in the middle of the doorway, bearing several tell-tales of a life upside down. He’s wide awake at 2 AM. He’s scruffy headed, and stuck wearing sweat pants a size too big for the weight he’s lost in recovery. Just the weight of his phone in his pocket would be enough to drag them down over his bruised and battered hip bones if he didn’t knot them up mercilessly. Robby stinks of Wet Ones and rinse-free shampoo. And to top it all off, he’s become completely, heart wringingly, affectionately incontinent.

“I’m- I can’t convince myself to commit to a longer stay,” Robby admits, frustrated by it. “It’d be better for actually getting somewhere with antidepressants, I know, but I feel like once I take away the work and the bike and everything else I do… there’s a clock on how long I can be naked like that. When it runs out, if I’m not back on the right side, I’ll get stuck as nothing, forever.” Robby drops his face into his hand. “Why does this sound like The Little Mermaid?” he moans.
“Is this the kind of place where they throw a black bag over your head and smash your SIM card, or can I still talk to you?” Jack asks.

Years before the Pitt and years before they were even living in Pittsburgh John met Andrew on the beach in California, it was the year before he was an MS3 and he had no idea how it would change his life.
How meeting the surly alpha would eventually lead to not just him and Andrew being together, but how it would lead to meeting the other love of his life Jack. Andrew who disliked almost everyone immediately had gravitated towards him and it had only gotten more intense from that first meeting.
So much credit goes to Jhae, Demons, and Moss, all three that helped organize all the random ramblings and thoughts into a proper timeline.

The hot flashes that left him dazed and sweaty, the random bouts of tachycardia that for once were not anxiety induced, the migraines whenever he smelled something strong enough to break through the haze of his meds -- he put two and two together and realized the warning label on his suppressants finally caught up to him.
