Summary
The scene they come upon is disturbing: Occtis is curled tightly into a ball with his head tucked into his knees, and he is whimpering and shaking. As Vaelus kneels beside him and lays a hand on his shoulder, Occtis unfurls long enough to hiss at her, before scuttling backwards until he reaches the farmhouse walls. He curls up again, pressing himself into the wall as if he could phase through it with enough force.
Occtis lost his soul at the hands of his family, and nearly lost his body, too. It shouldn’t be surprising, then, that they come for his mind next.

Summary
Yone liked to believe that there was nothing left for the members of heartsteel to throw at him. From petty squabbles over what movie to watch, to almost burning down the house (thanks Kayn). Yone liked to believe that he was unable to be caught off guard by the members. That is, until he is suddenly shaken awake at 3 in the morning by Ezreal who looks to be in a state of panic.
"Kayn's missing!" He shouts, clearly uncaring for the unreasonable hour, and Yone stands corrected, the members of heartsteel are absolutely capable of catching him off guard.
Or
Something is deeply wrong with Kayn but he'll die before he talks about feelings so Yone will have much more grey hair than red next comeback.

“Not that bad?” Yone turned to him after tearing his gaze off of himself. “I look like I got thrown in a paper shredder.”
Rhaast snorted.
Yone's drunken mistake leads to a revelation on Kayn's end, and he's determined to show Yone that he can care about more than himself, hoping to win the producer's heart in a way that doesn't involve late night bar hopping or deafening clubs with copious amounts of alcohol.

With much effort this goal is achieved, but things don't exactly go as planed. It'll all be worth it in the end for Chongyun to become stronger, or at least that's what he hopes.
